I thoroughly enjoy my role as a clinical supervisor. I like to provide a space that encourages continuous desire for knowledge-based growth, strategic application and healthy self-care. Depending on the stage of experience, I utilize directive informational, collaborative and nondirective approach to supervisory sessions.
As a Board Approved Supervisor, it is my responsibility to:
Direct, guide, monitor, instruct, and evaluate the supervisee’s knowledge, skill, and ability to provide clinical professional counseling services in an ethical and competent manner in compliance with Health Occupations, Title 17, Annotated Code of Maryland, and related COMAR regulations.
I am approved to provide supervision for Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors for licensure in the State of Maryland.
